This is another Fish & Chips takeaway which has endured the test of time having been established in 1913.
The restaurant in O’Connell Street is a landmark which looks out on the Spire in the center of Dublin. This restaurant is both a take away and a sit down restaurant. Fresh fish is delivered daily from their depot in Howth and they have a wide variety of dishes including cod and chips, haddock and chips, scampi, whiting and much more. This is a really popular take away where you can get a really filling meal at a reasonable price.

Bunsen Burgers
Bunsen on Wexford Street is where you get authentic, American-style hamburgers with real beef, cheese and toppings. Every burger is cooked to order – no pre-made stuff – using Aberdeen Angus beef, oozy cheese, a soft bun and crunchy fries.
This is the real deal. There is no wide range of fancy sauces, side dishes or other distractions. Just pure burgers an chips.

Jo’burger
Jo’burger is situated in Rathmines on the south side of Dublin. This is another superior burger joint which cooks its burgers to order. As well as beef burgers there is also chicken and a vegetarian option.
Here there is a huge range of toppings and sauces including peach curry, beetroot & horseradish, chipotle, pineapple and balsamic relish and numerous other combinations, side salads an sauces.
You can choose to eat in or take away. There is another branch at 4/5 Castle Market in the city centre.

Kanum Thai
This is a great Thai takeaway outlet that has gained in popularity since opening in 2009. Located in Ballsbridge and has since opened another restaurant in Rathgar.
Kanum only uses Irish meat and vegetables (subject to availability) in its 80 dishes. There is a huge range of authentic Thai dishes, including beef, pork, chicken, prawn or vegetarian in various degrees of hotness ranging from very mild to sizzling hot. Noodles or rice are available as well as chips.
Kanum have opened another restaurant in Rathgar recently.
