There are two branches of Konkan Indian Restaurant in Dublin, at Upper Clanbrassil Street, Dublin 8 and at Upper Kilmacud Road, Dundrum, Dublin 14.
If you love authentic Indian food or if you have considered giving it a try, Konkan is the place to go.
They have a huge list of Indian delicacies and regional specialties on their A la Carte, Early Bird and Tasting Menus. They cook in genuine Tandoori ovens fired by charcoal and their dishes are spiced to suit individual tastes.

Dada restaurant serves authentic Moorish-inspired dishes in beautiful moorish surroundings. Chef Jalal Belmaati has years of experience cooking in the best restaurants in North Africa and Spain, so he can produce a wide array of Moroccan, Spanish and Mediterranean dishes.
They have an extensive Dinner Menu as well as Lunch, Early Bird and Catering Menus. They also have a delivery service.
Their dishes are very varied but Tagines, Couscous, lamb, chicken and chickpeas feature strongly.

This is a very popular restaurant sometimes frequented by well-known celebrities. Despite this, it is very reasonably priced
I Monelli Italian Restaurant Dublin
Location: 1-2 Portobello Road, Dublin 8.
I Monelli describes itself as ‘The Only Authentic Italian Restaurant in Dublin’. It is certainly authentic Italian but we are not sure if it is the only one. There are numerous good Italian restaurants in Dublin but I Monelli is certainly one of the best.
They endeavour to use only the best of Irish and Italian ingredients to produce some really tasty Italian dishes which come from places such as Calabria, Puglia, Sicily and Sardinia.

We would find it hard to resist the Gamberi al Balsamico e Fragole (Prawns and leeks with balsamic vinegar and strawberries) followed by Involtini di Vitello al Chianti (Pan-fried rolled veal filled with chiken liver patè and Colonnata’s lard, mushrooms cream and Chianti reduction, served with roasted potatoes)
Las Tapas de Lola Spanish Restaurant Dublin
Location: 12 Wexford Street, Dublin 2
This restaurant has built a reputation as being the best Tapas Restaurant in Dublin and this is reflected in how busy it is. You might be luck to be able to get a table if you walk in from the street but it is advisable to book in advance.
Spanish cuisine is delicious when cooked properly and here you will get the real tast of Spain in their wide array of dishes with ingredients like chorizo, meatballs, prawns, mussels, squid and many more.

Mongolian Barbecue Dublin
Location: 7 Anglesea Street Dublin 2
This is one of those places which includes an ‘Eat All You Can Menu’ for a very reasonable price.
Here you choose choose your ingredients from a selection of meat, seafood, vegetables, tofu and noodles. Pick and mix as you like and bring to the griddle where the chef will stir fry your ingredients to create a unique dish.
You can repeat as many times as you like so you can experiment by choosing different ingredients each time.
With the huge range of different ingredients different spices and sauces, there are thousands of possible combinations
