Hotel restaurants are often dismissed as second rate but this is certainly not the case at The Fitzwilliam. Thornton’s Michelin Star Restaurant is considered by many food critics to be Dublin’s finest restaurant and has been listed as 25th in the top 50 Restaurants of the World.
As if that were not enough The Citron Restaurant is slightly more casual where chef Philip Mahon serves a modern Irish and Italian cuisines with a fresh twist.
