St. Patricks Festival Dublin 2019
14th March – 18th March
This festival has grown in size and duration over the years. The big event is the St. Patrick’s Day Parade on the 17th. This year’s theme is Storytelling and we will see a huge number of bands, groups and community organizations marching through the city with a dazzling array of colourful creations and fantastic sounds. This is the headline event of the weekend but there’s lots more:

In the Footsteps of St. Patrick with Pat Liddy starting at St. Andrew’s Street 1030am
Cormac Begley & Friends at The Pepper Canister, 2 Mount St. Crescent Dublin 2 at 8pm.
The Guinness Supper Club at The Guinness Storehouse 7.30pm
Friday 15th March:
Guinness in the Liberties a guided tour through the streets of Dublin 8’s Liberties at 2pm.
Culture Vultures with Iarla Ó Lionáird & Steve Cooney at The Sound House, 28 Eden Quay 7.30pm.
Nicki Minaj with Juice Wrld at 3Arena
Aslan – Goodbye Charlie Moonhead Tour at The Olympia Theatre
Saturday 16th March:
Follow the Clues – Seek & Find: a family treasure hunt for our national symbols at Dublin Castle
U-Fest at Mulhuddart Community Centre at 11 am.
City at Play Funfairs at Custom House Quay 11 am – 9 pm.
Sing Out Loud – A Choral Trail in the City 11am.
Festival Village in Merrion Square 12 pm.
Céilí Mór at Festival Village, Merrion Square 1pm.
Mystic Rhythm 2019 – Irish Dancing both traditional and modern at The Draíócht.
Tumble Circus at Festival Village Big Top, Merrion Square 4pm.
Circus – club night at The Academy
Sunday 17th March:
St. Patrick’s Festival Parade starting at Parnell Square 12 pm
AIB GAA All Ireland Club Championship Finals Hurling & Football at Croke Park.
Monday 18th March:
St. Patrick’s Festival 5K Road Race starting at St. Stephen’s Green 12pm
Lavender Walk: Tour of Historic Gay Dublin starting Trinity College at 1pm
Candlelit Tales at Whelan’s 25 Wexford St. at 8.30pm
